Fotografie budou vystaveny do 15. srpna 2025 na vlakové stanici Chomutov město a v podchodu kruhového objezdu v Palackého ulici. / Die Fotografien werden bis zum 15. August 2025 im Bahnhof Chomutov město und in der Unterführung des Kreisverkehrs in der Palackého-Straße ausgestellt. Die Ausstellung läuft parallel im Hohenstein-Ernthal, Dresdner Str. 26, und ist dort bis zum 8. August 2025 jeden Samstag von 14:00 bis 18:00 Uhr zu sehen. / The photographs will be exhibited until 15 August 2025 at the Chomutov město train station and in the underpass of the roundabout in Palackého Street. The exhibition runs in parallel at the Hohenstein-Erntthal, 26 Dresdner Str., where it can be seen every Saturday from 14:00 to 18:00 until 8 August 2025.
Lujza je fotografka a vizuální umělkyně, jejíž tvorba balancuje mezi dokumentární a konceptuální fotografií. Ve své tvorbě se zabývá environmentálními tématy, zkoumá vztah mezi člověkem a přírodou a používá nalezené předměty jako součást vizuálního vyprávění. Kromě fotografie experimentuje a zkoumá malbu, digitální média a 3D objekty.
Výstava fotografií je z cesty Argentinou, kde zachycovala život honáků – gaučů.
Její práce zachycují křehkou rovnováhu mezi realitou a abstrakcí, odhalují poetiku každodennosti a citlivě reagují na současné společenské problémy. V posledních letech představila své práce na několika výstavách doma i v zahraničí. V roce 2020 absolvovala magisterské studium na Institutu tvůrčí fotografie v Opavě a bakalářské studium na Canterbury Christ Church University. Během studia absolvovala roční program Erasmus na pražské FAMU, kde jsem získávala zkušenosti ve filmovém průmyslu.
Kromě vlastní umělecké praxe se věnuje také kurátorství a organizaci výstav. Aktivně spolupracuje s různými institucemi a uměleckými kolektivy.
/ Lujza Marečková ist eine Fotografin und bildende Künstlerin, deren Arbeit sich zwischen dokumentarischer und konzeptueller Fotografie bewegt. Sie beschäftigt sich mit Umweltthemen, erforscht die Beziehung zwischen Mensch und Natur und verwendet gefundene Objekte als Teil einer visuellen Erzählung. Neben der Fotografie experimentiert und erforscht er auch Malerei, digitale Medien und 3D-Objekte.
Die ausgestellten Fotografien stammen von einer Reise durch Argentinien, wo sie das Leben der Gauchos, der Jäger, festgehalten hat.
Ihr Werk hält die Balance zwischen Realität und Abstraktion, enthüllt die Poesie des Alltäglichen und reagiert sensibel auf aktuelle gesellschaftliche Themen. In den letzten Jahren präsentierte sie ihre Arbeiten in mehreren Ausstellungen im In- und Ausland. Im Jahr 2020 schloss sie ihr Studium am Institut für kreative Fotografie in Opava mit einem MA und an der Canterbury Christ Church University mit einem BA ab. Während ihres Studiums absolvierte sie ein einjähriges Erasmus-Programm an der FAMU in Prag, wo sie vor allem als Set-Fotografin und Kameraassistentin Erfahrungen in der Filmindustrie sammelte.
Neben ihrer eigenen künstlerischen Praxis kuratiert und organisiert sie Ausstellungen. Sie arbeitet aktiv mit verschiedenen Institutionen und Kunstkollektiven zusammen.
/ Lujza is a photographer and visual artist whose work balances between documentary and conceptual photography. Her work deals with environmental issues, exploring the relationship between man and nature and using found objects as part of a visual narrative. In addition to photography, he experiments and explores painting, digital media and 3D objects.
The exhibition of photographs is from a trip to Argentina where she captured the life of the gauchos, the hunters.
Her work captures the delicate balance between reality and abstraction, revealing the poetry of the everyday and responding sensitively to contemporary social issues. In recent years she has presented her work in several exhibitions at home and abroad. In 2020 she graduated from the Institute of Creative Photography in Opava with an MA and from Canterbury Christ Church University with a BA. During her studies, she completed a one-year Erasmus programme at FAMU in Prague, where she gained experience in the film industry.
In addition to her own artistic practice, she is involved in curating and organising exhibitions. She actively collaborates with various institutions and art collectives.
